Birthday Party Space Hire at GESAC

GESAC has a specially designed party space ready to host your next party! 

Enjoy exclusive access to our party area beside the leisure pool (Pirates Cove), giving you and your guests easy access to our pools and priority access to the waterslides and inflatable obstacle course!

The space is available for hire on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. All bookings are for 2 hours starting at 1.30pm.

Participant Numbers and Supervision Requirements

Our party space can accommodate 20 attendees (including children and adults). 

All party participants must be aged 5 years or older.

Please consider the Watch Around Water policy when planning your event:

• 1:2 ratio of adults to children aged under five is required.
• 1:4 ratio of adults to children between the ages of five and 10 is required.
• If children are under five, adults need to be in the water within arm's reach of the children they are actively supervising.
• For children between the ages of five and 10, the supervising adult is not required to be in the water with the children but must be actively supervising the children at all times.

What's included in a Party Space booking?

A birthday party booking at GESAC gives you and your guests:

• Exclusive access to our designated party space beside the Leisure Pool for 2 hours. The party space includes:
  • a table with 20 seats
  • storage cubbies for you and your guests' belongings
  • a fridge for personal food storage
• Access to our indoor and outdoor pools (excluding our Wellness (Hydrotherapy) area)
• Priority access to the waterslides and inflatable obstacle course

What's not included in a Party Space booking?

A birthday party booking at GESAC is a party space hire. This means:

• We do not provide a party host or run activities specifically for birthday party attendees.
• We do not provide food. You are welcome to bring your own food and use the provided food storage facilities, or you can arrange easy and delicious catering through Eten Cafe by emailing cafegesac@gmail.com.

Cost

The party space hire is a flat-rate fee of $350.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
