These programs operate across several community venues weekly.
The programs encourage social connections, improve fitness and balance, and promote health and wellbeing, all in a fun and engaging environment.
Fit active exercise 60mins
These classes include a light cardio warmer up to music, light jogging or walking, and floor-based exercises designed to improve strength with the help light resistance, flexibility, balance and improve relaxation all to music.
You need to bring a drink bottle, towel and an exercise mat or rug for floor exercises.
· Mondays 11am–12pm at Packer Park Pavilion 2 Arthur Street, Bentleigh
· Wednesdays 11am–12pm at Carnegie Library and Community Centre —

Senior power — strength training 60mins
These classes include a light cardio warmer up and are designed to improve strength through light weight resistance training, improve balance, and help prevent bone fractures from osteoporosis.
· Mondays and Thursdays 9am –10am at Bentleigh Senior Citizens Centre — 2 Arthur Street, Bentleigh
