Small Group Training 6 Week Program

If you like to work out in a friendly, fun and supportive team - then this is for you. Our trainers are super excited to see you and train with you face-to-face.  

The Small Group Training Six Week Program is the best way to start, continue and build upon your health and fitness.

Our team are here to support you every step of the way.  


Small Group Training Sessions - 45min

This is a six week program, beginning the week of Monday 25 October


$99 for the six week program (One session per week for six weeks)


  • Fill out the registration form ( Form will appear on this page on Monday 18 October)

  • Choose your preferred session in the registration form.  

  • Our team will then be in contact with you to confirm your place.  

Class Descriptions   


  • High Intensity Interval training with options for all fitness levels.  
  • A Challenging Full body workout – using body weight and resistance training  
  • High energy bursts with low to moderate intensity recovery  
  • Builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscle strength and endurance  

Functional Strength Training  

  • Strength training with a focus on developing strength patterns that are used in everyday life  
  • Involves free weights and body weight moves to build strength and aerobic capacity.  
  • Functional strength training can benefit anybody  
  • The goal is to better prepare participants for movement in their everyday lives  

Circuit Training  

  • A challenging class for all levels of fitness designed to make you sweat and improve your overall fitness  
  • Circuit training is a full body workout incorporating endurance , resistance some high intensity cardio training performed in a circuit   
  • Our Circuit training class results in strength building and muscular endurance  

Other important information

  • We will be filling classes on a first-in-first-serve basis. (So fill in the registration form ASAP - available Monday 18 October on this page)
  • If you are successful in registering for a class, you will be guaranteed a place in that class for six weeks.  
  • If all available sessions fill up, you will be added to a waiting list and our team will do our best to cater to demand and add more sessions accordingly, or increase capacity if the Government road-map allows. 
  • Sessions will plan to go ahead rain, hail or shine. If sessions need to be rescheduled due to extreme weather, you will be notified with three hours' notice. 
  • Sessions must have five clients registered to run. 
  • It is a requirement of our terms and conditions, that you are fully vaccinated to take part in our Small Group Training program. Please have your COVID-19 immunisation passport available ready to show to our team on your first visit.   
  • Minimum age: 16 years
