How to perform this exercise
This exercise is an advanced variation of a standard Plank. Your core must brace and keep your spine stable while your legs are moving instead of simply holding a stationary position.
Set the TRX straps to mid-calf length, placing your feet in the TRX straps.
Start in a push-up position, with your hands under your shoulders, alternate legs pulling your knees up towards your chest.
Important things to note:
- If new to this exercise, start with slow controlled movements
- Try to keep hips as level as possible throughout the movement, no bouncing
- Engage your core
