Meet Judy

"Training sessions that are fun, innovative and tailored to meet your goals.
I will teach you correct technique and gently push you to achieve physical
improvements, empower you with new skills and knowledge and inspire
you to keep pursuing your fitness goals.

I work with young athletes to develop sports specific skills (e.g. Football
and basketball), elderly clients on strength and balance to avoid falls,
women pre and post-natal, people whose allied health providers have
recommended exercise to rehabilitate (hip, knees, shoulders, back, etc.)
and clients who seek weight loss and general fitness."

My philosophy

You need to commit to make change happen. The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
    (currently studying)
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness - Personal
    Trainer and Gym Instructor
  • Boxing Level 1
  • TRX Level 1
  • Kettle Bell Level 1
  • Pre and Post Natal
  • Older Adults
  • Swiss Ball
  • Small group functional training
