Meet Kate

"I have 20 years’ experience in karate/martial arts and have made the move
to fitness and exercise. I have been involved in my own gym training for 1.5
years and completed my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness in 2018.

I am experienced in teaching boxing and kickboxing both as sports and for
fitness. I can help you get fit, feel better and have fun."

My philosophy

I believe in the power of exercise to improve mood and help you feel better. I also believe in a whole body approach to exercise and fitness. Exercise should be functional to match the movements we perform in everyday life. Finally exercise should be fun. If we enjoy exercise, we are going to achieve our goals. Exercise should never be a chore.
