Set and Sweat

Ready to feel strong, stay motivated, and celebrate your wins? Join our Set and Sweat challenge this November, a four-week fitness journey designed to keep you moving and inspired! 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Scan the QR code below to enter and registered for one of our three prizes. 
  • Grab a yourself a GEL Set & Sweat card. 
  • Write your name and last names initials. 
  • Set your goal by ticking off how many times a week you would like to come in. (This will be running over 4 weeks from 3/11/25 to 30/11/25.) 
  • Next using the blu tack provided, stick your card on our challenge wall.  
  • Each time you come to visit please see how staff to give you a sticker on that date your visit. 

 

Whether you're just starting out or already a regular, this challenge is your chance to stay consistent, build healthy habits, and have fun doing it.
