    Important rules

    Gym gear

    You need to wear appropriate gym clothes including sneakers / runners.

    No photos / videos

    Taking photos or videos in the gym or pool area is not allowed.

    Misuse of bands

    Sneaking people into the gym or sharing your membership bands is NOT allowed. This can lead to suspension of membership or cancellation.

    Your safety

    We're here to help you with your training and to make sure you are safe in the gym. We have FREE appointments to show you how to lift right.

    Respectful Behaviour

    No swearing, talking back to staff or other members.

    Bring a towel

    For hygiene reasons, everyone in the gym must bring a towel.
