Class booking T&Cs

Heated Class Bookings

Heated Classes are open to all members for booking through the members' portal, with no extra charges involved. Alternatively, you can also book and pay for the class casually at our reception desk.

Heated Class Policies

The following policy applies to members who frequent the Mind and Body Heated classes at GESAC:

Cancellation

If you cannot attend your class, please cancel your booking at least two hours before the class starts. Most classes have waiting lists, and we would like to be able to give as much notice to others if a position in the class becomes available.

Within reason, if a member is consistently not attending a booked class (without cancelling), they may have their online booking access temporarily removed. Warnings and notice will be given before any action is taken. If this happens, members can still book classes at reception and all existing bookings will remain.

Late Arrivals

To ensure classes can start on time, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early.

We appreciate your co-operation in these policies.
