    From Monday 5 October 2026, a new class attendance policy will apply.

    Members who miss four booked classes within a two‑week period will receive a one‑week suspension from booking into group exercise classes.

     

    This change helps ensure fair access to classes and reduces unused spots so more members can participate. If you’re unable to attend, please remember to cancel your booking as early as possible. Thank you for helping us make our classes accessible for everyone.
