Lost Property

Lost Property at Glen Eira Leisure

At Glen Eira Leisure, we have a simple process for managing lost property, ensuring items are handled properly and available for collection.

  • Daily Collection: At the end of each day, staff collect and sort any lost items found around the Centre.
  • Locker Items: Any personal belongings left in lockers after closing are treated as lost property. Please remember to remove all items at the end of your visit.
  • Retention Period:
    • General items (clothing, towels, goggles, etc.) are held for 7 days before being donated to charity.
    • Valuables (wallets, phones, jewellery, etc.) are kept at reception for 28 days before being handed to the local police.
  • Claiming Lost Property: To reclaim items, please contact reception with a description of your missing item. Proof of ownership may be required.

Important Notes

  • Glen Eira Leisure is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, whether in lockers or elsewhere.
  • Patrons are encouraged to take extra care with valuables and store them in lockers at their own risk.
