    Introducing GEL Recovery, a dedicated recovery space designed to help you relax, recharge and get more from your training. 

    Located on Level 1 at GESAC, GEL Recovery features premium recovery equipment including massage chairs, compression boots and massage guns, giving you the tools to support recovery, reduce muscle soreness and prioritise your wellbeing. 

    Whether you've just finished a workout, swim or group exercise class, GEL Recovery is the perfect place to unwind and recover.

    Ready to Unlock Recovery?

    GEL Recovery is available exclusively through the Platinum Add-On. Add Platinum to your Gold Access membership to unlock ongoing access to GEL Recovery and its premium recovery experiences at GESAC.

    There are several ways to add Platinum to your current membership:

    • Through the Member Portal (see instructions below)
    • Speak with a Membership Consultant in person

    How to Add Platinum Through the Member Portal?

    1. Log in to the member portal
    2. Click on 'Account' (located in the menu at the top of the screen on desktop and bottom of the screen on mobile)
    3. Click on 'Contract details' (located in the secondary menu at the top of the screen on both desktop and mobile. Please note you may have to scroll through the menu on mobile)
    4. Select the ‘Add additional contract’
    5. Select ‘GEL Platinum Add-On'
    6. Start date is when you would like the contract to activate, your access will be through to the 7th of October inclusive.
    7. Agree to membership terms

    Who can access GEL Recovery?

    Platinum add-on

    GEL Recovery is available through the Platinum add-on, which can be added to an active Gold Access membership. 

    Members Under 18 

    As GEL Recovery operates as a self-guided recovery space in an isolated area, members under 18 years of age (Rising Stars members), cannot access the Recovery space. 

    Aquatic and Stadium Members 

    Aquatic and Stadium members can upgrade to Gold Access before adding Platinum. 

    What does Platinum Include?

    For just $14.95 per week added to your Gold Access membership, Platinum gives you ongoing access to GEL Recovery and a range of premium wellbeing experiences. 

    Platinum includes: 

    • Unlimited access to GEL Recovery 

    • Healer X Massage Chairs

    • Hypervolt Massage Guns 

    • Access to instructor-led Reformer Pilates classes (if not already included in your membership)

    Already have access to instructor-led Reformer Pilates? No problem. Platinum will still provide ongoing access to GEL Recovery and all recovery equipment.

    Where to find GEL Recovery?

    GEL Recovery is located on Level 1 at GESAC. 

    • Using the stairs? Turn right at the top of the staircase. 

    • Using the lift? Turn left when exiting. 

    • Look for the dedicated GEL Recovery entrance signage.

    How does it work?

    • No bookings required 

    • Visit before or after your workout or swim 

    • Please ensure you are dry before entering 

    • Use the equipment at your own pace 

    • Follow all displayed guidelines and instructions
