Located on Level 1 at GESAC, GEL Recovery features premium recovery equipment including massage chairs, compression boots and massage guns, giving you the tools to support recovery, reduce muscle soreness and prioritise your wellbeing.
Whether you've just finished a workout, swim or group exercise class, GEL Recovery is the perfect place to unwind and recover.
Enjoy a personalised full-body massage experience designed to help reduce tension, support recovery and promote relaxation after exercise or a busy day.
Using dynamic air compression, Normatec boots help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation and leave your legs feeling refreshed after training.
Using percussion therapy, Hypervolt massage guns help relieve muscle tension, support recovery and prepare your body for movement.
From 14 September to 7 October, all Gold Access members aged 18+ can access GEL Recovery at no additional cost. This includes our Activate members.
After 7 October, GEL Recovery will be available through the Platinum add-on, which can be added to an active Gold Access membership.
As GEL Recovery operates as a self-guided recovery space in an isolated area, members under 18 years of age (Rising Stars members), cannot access the Recovery space.
Aquatic and Stadium members can upgrade to Gold Access before adding Platinum.
For just $14.95 per week added to your Gold Access membership, Platinum gives you ongoing access to GEL Recovery and a range of premium wellbeing experiences.
