Health Club opening hours extended
From Monday 6 February we are trialing an extension of our opening hours of the GESAC Health Club.
New opening hours will be:
5:45am – midnight, Monday to Thursday
Gym staff will be available until 10pm.
From 10pm to midnight there will be no scheduled programming or assessments available.
There will be new group fitness class times of 8pm and 9pm. See our group fitness timetables for more details.
DETAILS:
- The extended hours are included in GEL GOLD memberships
- Entry to the health club will close at 11:30pm and members and patrons can use the gym until midnight.
- The main GESAC entrance and health club doors will lock at 11.30pm.
- From 11:30pm the exit will be from the back stairwell between studio one and two (see image below).
- If you require the lift, staff will accompany you through the downstairs side exit.
- Changerooms will close briefly for deep cleaning during this period.
We are making these changes in response to the member survey and anticipate the new opening hours will assist in easing the busyness of the carpark and gym.
