    Pirates Cove is Getting a Makeover

    Exciting changes are on the way to Pirates Cove. 

    As we prepare for the next chapter of this much-loved family destination, a series of works will take place over the coming months to make way for future improvements.

    Important Dates

    • Pirates cove will look different from: Monday 19 October but will remain open. 

    • Pirates Cove and waterslides closed: Monday 16 November – Sunday 29 November 

    • Reopening: Monday 30 November 

     

     

    The journey begins on Monday 19 October 

    On Monday 19 October, the existing Pirates Cove play structure will be removed. 

    The leisure pool will remain open and available during this time, and customers can continue to enjoy the space as normal. 

     

    Preparing for what's next 

    From Monday 16 November to Sunday 29 November, Pirates Cove, including the waterslides, will temporarily close while essential works are completed. 

    These works are an important step in preparing the space for its exciting future. 

     

    Swim School lessons

    All Learn to Swim lessons will continue during this period. 

    Where required, lessons will be relocated to alternative pools within GESAC. Families will be contacted directly with any class-specific information.

Over the last few weeks the Health Club at GESAC has been undergoing upgrades which have transformed the Gym into a fresh and contemporary workout environment with additional space, new training zones and a user friendly layout to suit everyone's needs.
