Price rise notification

We are extremely proud of the services that we continue to provide our GEL customers. We continue to deliver a safe, clean and hygienic place for our members to utilise during these different times. We have been able to shift and adapt our way through the hard times in Victoria with GEL Anywhere, our free online fitness platform.

At GEL we are always striving to provide the best leisure programs and services. We have been improving our Centres over the last 12 months including, changeroom upgrades at both GESAC and Caulfield Recreation Centre and new state-of-the-art strength equipment at GESAC. We have recently resurfaced the 50m outdoor pool as well as launching a new Reformer Pilates program called Pilates by GEL. This includes two dedicated Pilates studios, one at GESAC and one at Caulfield Recreation Centre. GESAC also had an incredible upgrade to The Bike Lab - with new static bikes and a cinema sized LED screen.

Annual price reviews are necessary so that we can continue to offer facilities and services at a standard that the community has come to expect. Our fees and charges need to be maintained at a level that reflects the current value and cost required to deliver those services today. Our last price increase was in 2019 and we have held off implementing a price increase until now.

This new rate still offers outstanding value for money and remains in line with the standard industry rate charged for benchmark facilities across the state.
