How to Book In
Booking is simple and flexible:
- Members can book directly through the Member Portal
- Guests can book in by joining and creating a free guest account via the Member Portal, just be sure to select Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre as your preferred centre.
- Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit one of our friendly reception staff, who will happily help you book into one of our Yoga Workshops in person.

Deconstruct & Discover: A Playful Arm Balancing Yoga Workshop

Take your yoga practice to new heights in this empowering 90‑minute workshop focused on arm balancing poses. Whether you’re lifting off for the first time or refining your technique, you’ll build strength, confidence and playfulness in your practice.
Includes safe progressions, clear breakdowns and supportive use of props. Suitable for all levels.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this workshop offers space to slow down, recalibrate and reconnect.
Blending gentle Yang flow with deeply nourishing Yin, alongside breathwork and meditation, the session is designed to support nervous system regulation and guide you from doing into being. Expect mindful movement, longer‑held restorative poses and practices that cultivate steadiness and deep rest.
Suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, fatigued or in need of a reset.
Evolve - A Perimenopause/Menopause Workshop

This workshop is a tailored practice blending Yoga, Qi Gong & restorative movements. Aiming to deliver real self care and support to women as they navigate and evolve through these life changes.
Helping women to understand hormonal shifts, functional mobility, muscle mass & bone density changes that occur during this transformative time. Rather than slowing down completely, this workshop is designed to give you a movement practice that rejuvenates & restores you.
This soothing workshop will finish with a Crystal sound bath to ease you into complete rest and relaxation.
