  • Yoga with Roz - Week 5

  • Yoga with Avril - Week 4

  • Yoga with Roz - Week 4

  • Yoga with Anita - week 3

  • A 15 minute Yoga practice for any yoga level

  • Avril guides you through breathing techniques to help find calmness in your day. This 16 minute session is static in a comfortable seated position.

  • Guided relaxation with Hailey

  • Roz instructs you through a Yoga Flow session. This can be done once or a number of times.

  • A guided meditation with Avril for deep relaxation. This 16 minute meditation is a great way to switch off the mind.
