    Claim Your Complimentary Access

    Gold Access members aged 18+ can enjoy complimentary access to GEL Recovery from Monday 14 September to Wednesday 7 October 2026.

    To claim your complimentary access, simply activate it through the Member Portal or complete the form below. Once activated, you can start enjoying all that GEL Recovery has to offer.

    Claim Access via the Member Portal

    1. Log in to the member portal
    2. Click on 'Account' (located in the menu at the top of the screen on desktop and bottom of the screen on mobile)
    3. Click on 'Contract details' (located in the secondary menu at the top of the screen on both desktop and mobile. Please note you may have to scroll through the menu on mobile)
    4. Select the ‘Add additional contract’
    5. Select ‘GEL Recovery – Intro Trial’ then next
    6. Start date is when you would like the contract to activate, your access will be through to the 7th of October inclusive.
    7. Agree to membership terms

    *please note, this membership is a free temporary access and you will not be direct debited for this contract

    Add Platinum Early and Get 2 Weeks Free 

    Continue your access after your free trial period by adding Platinum to your membership. 

    Our Platinum memberships will begin for Recovery from Thursday 8 October 2026.

    Sign up to Platinum before Thursday 8 October 2026 and receive your first 2 weeks free. 

    This means your contract will start Thursday 8 October 2026 you'll continue enjoying GEL Recovery without interruption once the complimentary access period ends.
