Why Women's Only Swim Night?

This dedicated time provides a comfortable space to exercise and connect with others, supported by our female lifeguards and staff.

This inclusive session welcomes all who identify as women, offering a safe and supportive environment to exercise. It’s ideal for those who may face barriers to mixed-gender swimming, whether for cultural or personal reasons, or simply a preference for a more comfortable space.

Our aim is to help everyone feel confident, relaxed and empowered in the water.

Pool Early Closure

Please note Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool will close to the public at 6pm to accommodate this event. GESAC will remain open as usual.
