Emergency Evacuation Training

GEL will be running emergency evacuation training on Monday 30 March at GESAC from 12pm – 1.30pm and Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool from 2pm – 3.30pm. Thank you for your understanding while we complete this important safety training.

 

 

 

 

TRX workout - GEL Anywhere

WORKOUT DETAILS

Duration: 15min video, 45min workout

Fitness level: All

Equipment needed: TRX straps & space for hanging the straps

Sets: 15 repetitions of each exercise on each side. 1 to 3 sets depending on your workout goals.

 

Be guided through a TRX workout with Tam. Tam offers ways to increase or decrease in intensity of the exercises. She recommends 15 repetitions of each exercise on each side.
