Cardio zone

Keep your program fresh and your body on its toes with our variety of equipment. Plus, each piece is fitted with an entertainment console to ensure you enjoy your workout, including:

Strength zone

Our strength and conditioning equipment suits all of our members' training styles and needs, and it's provided by industry leaders, Life Fitness and Technogym. With over 40 pieces of strength equipment, be challenge and motivated.

Lifting heavy: we have two Olympic lifting platforms as well as other equipment for full body strength training.

Body weight exercises: we also have a state of the art TRX (suspension training) set up and Gymnastics rings to keep you challenged

Functional zone

Our functional training zone is the perfect space to break up your routine and reward you with numerous benefits that will assist you in completing everyday tasks.

The functional training zone has:

  • 15m sled track
  • cable cross machine
  • Kettlebells (from 4kg to 26kg)
  • dumbbells
  • battle ropes
  • plyo boxes
  • boxing bags

Personal Training

Super charge your workout with a personal trainer: get a program designed tailored to your goals (and to ensure you can make use of this great space).

Training zone

Our Training zone features Australia's largest athletic bridge and allows us to run over 20 additional HITT, TRX and Strength and Conditioning classes a week, FREE to all Health Club members as part of our existing membership.

Core and restore zone

Focus on and develop your balance in our core and restore zone. Utilise this space to carry out a range of core strengthening and stretching exercises that will have your body feeling better in no time.

Get motivated

Explore some effective and simple ways to stay motivated without a personal trainer.

Tanita body composition scales

Learn more about your body and inner health with our Tanita body analysis system. It gives you invaluable information about muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, metabolic rate and more.

Get the information that matters and learn what makes up your body to keep you motivated and on track in achieving your goals.

TEAMBEATS heart rate monitoring system (app)

To ensure your training is staying on track, use our heart rate monitoring system provided by Technogym, TEAMBEATS. Login to TEAMBEATS and you can monitor your heart rate and performance on the TV screen.

If resistance training is your thing, we have a range of Life Fitness equipment catering for first timers right through to gym junkies. This space also opens up onto our outdoor training area in the warmer months.
